The Cosanostra are a family of Italian mafiosos, one of the largest, competing only with the Rodríguez who are already a family of Latin mafiosi.
With the death of the Cosanostra leader, the eldest son, Kellan, inherited the title and ascended as the new boss of the mafia. They and the Rodríguez family had an old feud, and as the Cosanostra family were weakened, the best option was a peace treaty between the two families.
