The moon is a witness to both promises and massacres. Lena Aquarius learned this when she was just five years old. On a blood-stained night, the Silver Moon pack was exterminated by the Dark Bloody. Her house burned, her family was killed, and the village where she was born disappeared forever. She, however, did not die. The Alpha of the Dark Bloody spared her, but not out of mercy: he turned her into a prisoner, forcing her to grow up among those who had destroyed her life. Years of violence, torture and humiliation tempered his body, but they could not extinguish the hope kept in his heart. When the Moon Goddess gave her the opportunity to escape, Lena found refuge in a neighboring pack, convinced that the worst was finally behind her. But destiny does not forget the blood spilled and the past is ready to claim it again. Will he be able to conquer happiness or will pain forever be his travel companion?
