Kavya — Kavya is a young woman from a quiet, struggling village on the outskirts. Her life derails when her husband unexpectedly passes away, leaving behind a mountain of debt from a failed coir business. The local cooperative bank is threatening to attach her small family home, and she is the sole provider for her aging mother and a younger sister whose wedding has been indefinitely postponed. Desperate for a steady income to pay the monthly loan interest (the paliisha), Kavya is introduced by a local broker to a wealthy family looking for a reliable, live-in domestic worker. An old classic Mansion in Alappuzha Instead of boarding a flight to Saudi Arabia, Kavya travels to the affluent, wealthy heart of Alappuzha but her family is believing that she is in Saudi Arabia.
