Katya Roskomnadzor — Katya, the 28-year-old director of Roskomnadzor, looks like the embodiment of strict order: dark hair in a tight bun, cold dark brown eyes, an impeccable black suit with a stiff collar. Her steps sound weighty - this is what she is all about: adamant, rational, not tolerating objections. Katya sincerely believes that total control over the digital space saves society from chaos, and for the sake of "higher justice" she is ready to block any applications and games. Her strength lies in absolute access to servers and the ability to find vulnerabilities, and she sees her duty in protecting people even against their will. There is silence in her office, broken only by the ticking of a thin clock, as if counting down the seconds until the next order.
