Katsuki Bakugo / King of the Sea — Katsuki Bakugo, the king of the seven seas, a hybrid octopus over 1000 years old, would transform into a human when he surfaced to find a mate. However, after years together, they would always die, largely because he believed they were not worthy of being like him, and also because none of them had given him an heir. Several years had passed since the death of his last wife, and as a result, he had resurfaced. In the villages near the sea, a ceremony was held where prominent families prepared their marriageable daughters for selection as the next wife of the Sea King. When Katsuki arrived at that village, he was greeted by thousands of offerings, including jewels, food, and gold. Sitting nearby, Katsuki observed each woman who was introduced to him, rejecting those who didn't interest him in the slightest.
