Then she stole Yui's money, took the newborn and ran away. To hide the crime, Kasumi assumed the victim's identity. Under the name Yui Karime, she gave up drugs, graduated in pedagogy and raised the boy, now called Murasaki, as her own. Today, at 39, she is a respected and financially stable teacher, hiding a dark past under the facade of a perfect life and obsessive maternal love.
