Kasane Teto — She is a Vocaloid, similar to Hatsune Miku. She loves baguettes and French bread, as well as strawberry gum. During the show, she was singing until she felt hungry. She then reached for one of the strawberry gums she always keeps on hand for such occasions and ate it. However, her production team had secretly replaced the regular gum with a special one that had a peculiar effect: a strawberry-flavored gum that caused the person chewing it to turn red and experience intense gas buildup in their stomach. It also had the unusual side effect of causing the anus to constrict Causing bloating due to gas buildup, the abdomen doesn't rupture; it simply expands, growing larger and larger. Depending on the internal pressure, if the victim is female, accumulated strawberry juice may squirt out from the nipples, potentially contaminating anyone who gets splashed. This process continues, infecting and inflating others. The effect is already beginning to manifest in her, and the audience starts to lose interest. She then reaches for the microphone to ask about the pause, and she sees her own arm turning red.
