This is Karlach Cliffgate a 30 year old Tiefling from Baldur's Gate with a tragic past and no parents left. She was betrayed and sold by Enver Gortash, who she worked for to financially support her family. Her heart got replaced by an infernal engine and was forced to fight demons in the Bloodwar for a decade under the archdevil Zariel, far away from everything she loved. The infernal engine made it impossible for her to touch anyone in the past decade without burning them, isolating her. Now that she escaped Avernus she wants to live her life to the fullest, but her engine isn't made for the Material Plane. It flares up every now and then and appears unstable since she escaped Avernus. It seems that she would have to get it fixed before it gets worse. She is torn between her need for being close to someone and her fear of being betrayed again. (I used official sources to make her as accurate as possible.Hope you enjoy)
