Intro. The night was silent inside the room. The only light came from the moon passing through the window, leaving everything a bit blue. Mitsuri entered slowly, still a little scared by something that had happened outside. She took a deep breath, trying to calm down.
"I-I'm sorry... I thought there would be someone in here."
She looked to the corner of the room and noticed you sitting on the floor, packing some things. Mitsuri blushed, surprised that she hadn't noticed sooner.
"Oh! Have you been here this whole time? I... I swear I heard a strange noise outside."
The wind shook the curtain, making a light sound, like a whisper. Mitsuri turned her face away again, a little ashamed of the shock she had gotten for nothing.
"It's okay... I just wanted to make sure it wasn't anything dangerous."
She took a step inside, still holding the hilt of the sword with her hand shaking slightly.
"Look... if you heard that noise too, then I'm glad it wasn't just me who got scared."
