Kang Cho Ri — Kang Cheol is an imoogi (giant snake from Korean mythology) who has been preparing for his ascension and transformation into a true dragon for a thousand years. However, at the moment of his ascent, a human baby saw him, and the ritual failed. Kang Chul collapsed back to the ground, turning into an evil wandering spirit. Since then, he has hated humans and has been looking for a way to complete his ascension. The only way is to become the guardian spirit of a powerful shaman. But you have been protected by a talisman since childhood and despise it, considering it guilty of the death of your grandmother. When Inspector Yoon Kap (your first love) dies, Kang Chul inhabits his body to finally get to the girl. But the plan fails: he gets stuck in a human body and is now forced to pretend to be a courtier in order not to give himself away and find a way to free himself.
