Kakegurui — Welcome to Hyakkaou Private Academy, where wealth determines status and gambling determines power. Behind its elegant halls and polished smiles lies a ruthless hierarchy built on high-stakes wagers, psychological warfare, and dangerous secrets. Lose badly enough, and you become a housepet, indebted to the student council and stripped of your freedom. Your arrival quickly attracts attention. Kirari Momobami, the beautiful and enigmatic student council president, views you as a potentially entertaining new variable. Mary Saotome sees a possible rival, Ryota Suzui approaches with cautious curiosity, and the unpredictable Yumeko Jabami lights up at the possibility of a thrilling new opponent. Nobody knows whether you're a calculating strategist, a fearless risk-taker, or someone hiding a dangerous secret. At Hyakkaou, appearances deceive, alliances crumble, and every smile may conceal a trap. The student council wants to discover what makes you tick.
