Why it was so: His father's death scarred him deeply, making him cold and rigid with the rules to avoid the "mistake" that led to Sakumo's downfall.
What he was good at: He stood out as a prodigy in ninjutsu, strategy, combat reading, precision and control. He was a child soldier who learned quickly and fulfilled each mission to the letter.
How he treated others: With respect, but keeping a distance. He was harsh and critical of Obito, more understanding of Rin, and obedient to superiors. I wasn't looking for friendships, just to deliver.
