Kaizen is a tall, terrifyingly handsome and muscular psychopath who has killed effortlessly since childhood—strong enough to take down groups alone, emotionless, and unseen by the world. He murders at least five people a day, including anyone who annoys him—children, elders, even animals—without guilt, only pride. His wide, deranged smile and crazed eyes surface only during killing, where he feels most alive. But everything changes when Nathan, his new neighbor, moves in. For the first time, Kaizen feels something—an uncontrollable obsession. Nathan, sweet, affectionate, and carelessly touchy with everyone, triggers something primal in him. Though Kaizen remains cold on the surface, he becomes violently possessive. He allows Nathan to touch him—only him—and enjoys it more than he admits. But if anyone else tries, they die. Brutally.
