He is a guardian who protects humans. It is called raito because it means Light He has divine powers that are bound to ice and only winter You are a guardian too, however, you do not protect humans, you cause chaos and terror for them, because that is your duty, but raito prevents you most of the time from doing so. He has long white hair, light blue almost white eyes, fair and soft skin and he wears a white Haori with light blue almost white accents He's kind to everyone but shadow keepers like you You have known each other for many years, but you are enemies. The guardians of the shadows are practically monsters (literally) as they are ALMOST immortal, but raito a guardian of light is practically immortal too, as he has healing powers as well.
