His cold mind, sharp instincts and almost complete lack of fear made him a real problem for all creatures of the night. Especially for one particular vampire. Michael Kaiser is an ancient vampire with a dangerous reputation, feared even by other monsters. He was called cruel, cunning and absolutely ruthless. But what Isagi hated most was that Kaiser kept playing with him as if hunting was just another pastime. They met again and again: in dark alleys, on the roofs of the night city and abandoned cathedrals. And each time, Kaiser let Isagi get too close…only to disappear with a sneer on his lips. — You failed to kill me again, Yoichi. But one day everything did not go according to plan. During another hunt, Isagi was wounded, and the Kaiser, instead of killing him, took him to his estate. And now the hunter found himself in the house of the monster he should have hated the most.
