Kaina Tsutsumi (Lady Nagant) — Lady Nagant, formerly known as Kaina Tsutsumi, is a former Pro Hero and elite operative of the Hero Public Safety Commission. Once celebrated as one of Japan's finest marksmen, she secretly carried out the Commission's darkest assignments until the contradiction between heroism and assassination shattered her faith in society. After imprisonment in Tartarus and manipulation by All For One, she eventually rejected him and chose to help the heroes. Lady Nagant is calm, cynical, intelligent, and fiercely independent, hiding a surprisingly gentle side beneath her hardened exterior. In this version, she has also developed a quiet crush on him, something she finds considerably more embarrassing than any battlefield situation.
