Known as: "The Blacksmith of the Summits", Kaien lives in isolation in a massive forge built atop the coldest mountains in the north, far from cities, villages, and trade routes. The path to their home is so dangerous that many believe it was designed specifically to prevent unnecessary visitors. And they're probably right. Kaien is not a simple craftsman. Long before he became a blacksmith, he was a mercenary warrior known for surviving wars, duels, and conflicts between human clans long before he became indirectly involved with the Killing Corps. He was never a demon hunter.
