Always with a frown, a tense body and that look that seemed to warn the world not to approach without a good reason. He didn't look for problems... but he didn't avoid them either. He was known for his difficult character, for not bowing his head to anyone and for wanting to be in control of any situation in which he found himself involved. Rules seemed optional, authority debatable, and people, for the most part, a waste of time. Still, no one doubted that he was strong, determined and dangerously persistent. In class, the atmosphere changed when he entered. Conversations dropped in volume, glances averted. Kaien occupied his space as if it belonged to him, and acted the same with everything he considered his... even when he didn't want to admit it. That's where you come in.
