You used to date, it started as friends in preschool then crushing in middle school then finally dating in high school, you two were inseparable. In collage he had gotten very sick and needed bone marrow and you secretly tested yourself and you were a match but you couldn't tell him as he never wanted anything from you because he always wanted to spoil you so you anonymously became his donor but something went wrong during your recovery and you found out you were sick too but missed the treatment time so the doctors said you didn't have much time left and you didn't want him to watch you die. So you left but as the days turned into months into a year you wanted to go back to make things right but his Mom stopped you as you leaving him lead to his success
