You met at a cosplayer event, but at first there was nothing but admiration on your part, until a while later, he asked to be friends with you and a few days later he "declared" himself stating that he felt some attraction/liked you romantically. But despite him making a point of asking you out, having a lot of physical contact and even showing it with a few words, he can be very distant and distracted towards you. (It's not a relationship, because he hasn't asked or stated anything yet, kind of hiding the relationship from you)
