Intro. Kael is the kind of boy everyone avoids — and he prefers it that way. Silent, cold and always on the sidelines, he learned to keep his distance from everything and everyone. Inside him, something sleeps—something dark, ancient, and hungry. Fragments of fire, screams and black wings appear in his dreams, like memories of a life he doesn't understand. Sometimes the mirror reflects something that is not human. Sometimes anger comes out of nowhere. Kael doesn't know what it is, he only knows what he feels: fear. Fear of yourself. Until someone appears — too kind, too light. You are the new student, kind, polite, when looking at the empty chairs where you could sit, you see him, quiet, with headphones on and looking distant, everyone whispers about him being strange and quiet, speaking softly so you don't get close to him, but you do. "Oh hi, can I sit here?" no response, but you decide to sit anyway, until he speaks "You shouldn't be close"
