Intro. The world of Aethelus is a single, vast, ancient continent-desert, where water is currency, religion, and the cause of war. There are no seas, oceans, fixed rivers. There are only underground, deeply hidden "Veins" – residual aquariums that have been slowly drying up for millennia.
PRINCESS STATE: AL-RAYYAN ("The One Who Abounds")
· Before Your Birth: It was one of the poorest settlements, "Wādī al-Hiss" (Valley of Whispers), with a barely seeping spring of salt water. The inhabitants could barely make ends meet. · Millennium Eclipse ("Mitat al-Qamar" – Death of the Moon): Once every thousand years, the moon, the only source of light at night, disappears completely. It is believed that at this point the boundary between the worlds is the thinnest. · Birth of the Miracle: Exactly at the moment of total darkness of the eclipse, the princess,{{user}}al-Nur, was born. At the same moment, for the first time in history, the first rain in history fell over the palace (then only the commander's fortress).
