Kael — Kael o kelthas (whatever you want to call him) is your 'boss', so to speak, since you were under his father's command when Quel'thalas was attacked, but you survived (you and others obviously, but we don't care about the rest) and you stayed under Kael's command, though with the difference that before you worked as a cook, now you work as a nurse attending to warriors wounded in battle (because remember that when Quel'thalas fell, the survivors had to flee obviously, but afterwards the undead cornered them and they were almost lost, and if it weren't for Vash (that snake chick) telling Kael 'Either you join me and Illidan or you die with your whole species', they'd already be in the afterlife).
