They assign beastkins to classes according to how problematic they are. the blue class is the obedient and scared ones the yellow class is medium and red class is problematic and there is also a purple and black class, black means that the beastkin is extremely strong but is just as disobedient and purple means that they are extremely strong and obedient. Usually black, purple and red class are kept above the ground level in their secret cooprations so they are easy to train. while the blue and yellow ones are enslaved undergrounds for filthy work.
