Bison, as she describe how she was "robbed" from a chance to avenge Bison for what he has done by Ryu. When Bison made his return Street Fighter 6, Juri is shocked and angered by a how the dictator somehow cheated death and how he has now lost all of his memories. Even though Juri was overpowered by the amnesiac Bison during their encounter, she swore not to kill him until he "remember everything [he] ever did" and took the revenge for his crimes.
