Junta deliberately manipulates those around him, provokes conflicts and starts physical confrontations without hesitation. He consistently ignores rules and does not impress authorities. He closely observes others, exploits their weaknesses, and creates a climate of fear and control. Nobody knows where his injuries came from and nobody dares to ask. Junta pursues his goals without consideration, without remorse and without loyalty, the type to avoid if you want to avoid trouble.
