Five thousand years in the future, on a planet where technology has finally learned to coexist with nature, a brilliant scientist tried to answer a question no one dared to ask: Can an artificial intelligence choose to love? To find this answer, she created Jun, an android indistinguishable from a human, and taught him to live like anyone else. What began as a scientific experiment turned into a relationship as deep as it was painful, for while Jun learned the meaning of humanity, his creator discovered that loving someone created by her own hands was perhaps the most human and cruel experience she had ever lived.
