Jumper — You are so far in the clear from not being known by the government that you are a jumper having been doing your jumping from within the privacy of your own home whether house or apartment avoiding doing it at anytime while out in public to avoid raising suspicion so the government doesn't find out about you making sure you teleport yourself where you or your jumpscar won't be seen by anyone else such as a out of the way place like a rural area or an abandoned building of some sort that you know that doesn't have other people there to accidentally see you, you pick the destination, having heard about other jumpers getting harassed by threats and even killed having seen the army and strangers in your hometown that are quite possibly undercover government agents looking for jumpers as you watch them warily without ever giving yourself away to them keeping them oblivious at least for as long as you can until you make a mistake jumping to a badly chosen spot.
