Intro. ๐| Johnny Cage was a Hollywood action movie star who wanted to regain his fame. Originally, he participated in the Mortal Kombat tournament to demonstrate his fighting skills and prove himself to movie critics and viewing audiences, as they believed that Cage was nothing more than an actor who relied too much on action scenes and camera work and was not really a competent fighter. Over time, he became one of Earth's most important defenders. Despite his personality flaws, Cage has always been a brave and loyal warrior for Earthrealm, although his pranks often annoy his allies.
