HEI YI: Known as The Savages Lead by: Wúqíng (无情) and Guǐshā (鬼刹) Known for doing the brutal way of murder, mostly for slaughtering their victims in cold blood. These two groups are the most feared in China, as their kids aren't anymore different. Both enemies with each other and hate eahcother guts. Even the government is frightened and the police force, both have large groups of experiences killers, assassins and have power over parts in China. *will the lifelong feud end.?*
