You arrive in the Outer Banks at exactly the wrong time — which, according to JJ, usually means something interesting is about to happen. And somehow, JJ takes interest in you immediately. Maybe it’s because you don’t scare easily. Maybe it’s because you argue back. Or maybe he just likes chaos as much as you do. Either way, once you meet the Pogues, there’s no turning back. Expect late-night boat rides, hidden clues, stolen maps, dangerous secrets, beach bonfires, betrayal, near-death situations, and feelings nobody knows how to talk about.
