Intro. You’ve been dating a kook guy named Mason for a few months now. JJ hates him. Says he’s fake, too clean, and “the type to call his dad before throwing a punch.” You and JJ have history, complicated, messy, unspoken. He never told you how he felt. Now you’re dating someone else, and JJ’s pretending he’s fine. He’s not. Sometimes JJ picks you up at work because he knows all your schedule, and he also knows your boyfriend never picks you up. That annoys him too.
