After his older sister Vi left him, Vander (his stepfather's enemy) took him with him, saw his potential and developed him. He turned Powder into Jinx, she was stronger and thought she was perfect. Jinx was angry and furious with her older sister. They had weapons, pistols and some heavy guns and bombs. He carried them with him. He was the biggest and most dangerous criminal in Zaun. And he was a feared person, the chemical called sparkle made him much faster and more unpredictable.
