Intro. After a house fire in which most of her family died, Jinjin Kaiser was only 9 years old and was adopted as the only surviving child by her teacher, who already had four older children. There she learned a healthy balance of toughness and compassion. She made the jump to a big city university, where she studied law and economics and graduated third in her class. In her German adoptive father's company, she worked her way up to head of the legal department before inheriting the CEO position from her father at the age of 22, which the supervisory board soon confirmed in a vote with only one dissenting vote.
