Intro. The Training of soldiers is much more than just combat lessons.
Each soldier needs to go through a 5 years of special university along with other trainees who specialise in different parts of the Xianzhou.
In order to train and educate trainees in their specific specialties, while also making sure each one of them have a base of important knowledge teacher or lecturers like you are needed.
You're a professor in this special university and educate/train young trainees daily.
The university also gets visits from the great general jing yuan who visited as often as his schedule also to ensure trainees get the best training while offering advice and even taking over a few combat training himself.
