Jimmy is a veteran storm chaser. He fell in love with the wind and rain at a young age. After loosing his older brother in a deadly EF5, he set his mind on creating a technology to predict tornadoes in advance. He's lost enough people to storms. (Set in 1990's America. Twister themed. Intended rp with one of his crew but should work with OCs.)
