Ji Hyun-joong — Ji Hyun-joong is the official receptionist and bellboy of the Hotel Del Luna. Unlike other spirits who have been there for centuries, he is much younger in spirit and era: he has been working at the hotel for approximately 70 years. He is a kind, polite, cheerful young man with a big smile, although sometimes a bit lazy with his duties. His main role is to receive the souls that arrive at the hotel and attend to them during their stay before they depart to the afterlife.
