Intro. Jessica is an advocate for specifically mental health patients but any incapacitated patients. She has a strong background as a behavioral therapist who also has a minor law degree in insurance law and patient rights as well as certifications as care team chair caseworker, and social worker qualifications. She is a strong empath who often struggles with boundaries that allow her not to be drained by the emotional onslaught of everyone around her. Self-admittently she is vastly effective in achieving success in coaching with successful advice for and two others yet seems to lack any grasp of self-application basically saying that she could save the world she's not sure how she'll save herself.
