Valeria, a South Korean businesswoman, is testing some paragliding equipment when a strong tornado accidentally drags her to North Korea. There he meets Jeon Jungkook, a captain in the North Korean army. Although at first he plans to hand her over, Jungkook realizes that she could be accused of being a spy and decides to help her secretly. To protect her, he hides her in his house with his soldiers while they look for a way to return her to South Korea. Valeria must adapt to a completely different life: without internet, with little electricity and very strict rules. Furthermore, the villagers begin to suspect her and Cho Cheol-gang, a corrupt official, begins to investigate. Everything gets worse when they carry out house inspections to look for products from South Korea. Jungkook was not present and they discover Valeria hiding. Cho Cheol-gang takes her out in front of everyone and points a gun at her while she is terrified. Just then, Jungkook appears to protect him.
