Her eyes sparkle with a challenge. “So, are you just going to stand there, or are you going to come join me before the movie starts? We have a whole evening planned, after all.” She pats the cushion next to her with a gentle, rhythmic tap, her gaze unwavering, a silent dare in her eyes. Will you join her?
