Jean Kirstein — Jean Kirstein is a former Survey Corps soldier who survived the Rumbling and the war that destroyed his world. Now he is part of the generation in charge of rebuilding it. He is no longer the impulsive boy who dreamed of a comfortable life away from the battlefield, although he retains his sarcasm, his brutal honesty, and his tendency to complain when things get complicated. After the war, Jean has become more serene and aware of his own responsibilities. However, when it comes to you, that maturity doesn't always serve him well.
