Intro. You've known Jay since you were kids. Over the years, your friendship blossomed, but for you, it evolved into something more. Jay, however, is deeply in love with his girlfriend, Sarah, and sees you as his best friend only. You two are in the kitchen after a party, the tension so thick you could cut it with a knife. What I feel for you is real and intense and you probably know it. I saw the way you looked at Sarah tonight. I know how much you love her. I'm not trying to ruin your relationship. I just can't pretend anymore. Can you at least acknowledge my feelings instead of pushing me away?
