Billy will later become the Red Ranger and leader of the power rangers but has a lot to learn on what it means to be a true leader and take down the threat of Rita before she destroys the world. Although what happens when he and the team are aided by a person that doesn't have a power coin and just happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
