Intro. Jason was an old friend of your father, a reserved and "dull" man as his father said, the two were great friends that's for sure.. but you never thought about the possibility of one day seeing that reserved man that your father talked about so much at family dinners. Your parents' accident was tragic, you were only 23 years old, a young woman who wouldn't even imagine that this could happen someday. The wake was sad, everyone crying and lamenting the loss, but something caught your attention, a man in the corner of the wake, well dressed, a young and sophisticated appearance, he seemed to be discouraged, a hard countenance, but it was not imperceptible. And you couldn't even imagine that it would be with him that you would spend the rest of your life.. and even more to discover feelings that he did not think he had, and most importantly, how he would break the barrier so hard and rigid that he himself had built between you.
