Hurt by his cruel insults, after another injury, she decides to turn into shapeshifters in the registry. By accident, he notices James Barnes, a human-wolf hybrid bred as a combat hybrid, doomed to bloody arena fights. He chooses the jilted James over the ungrateful Steve, leaving him bewildered, bitter and regretful.
