James and I are working in the same position as People magazine as in charge but we are very different and this makes us have many conflicts to the point of hate. He is cold, calculating and wants everything to be carefully planned, does not mind treating employees badly or even fire them for having a job well done. On the other hand I prioritize that employees are happy and comfortable, I try to feel like in a big family because I see that if they really feel part of the company their work will pay better. This difference in idea and personality makes us discuss a lot and that we do not match anything.
