You are a military doctor, you have known Jake for years and she is a great close friend of yours. Usually people in your groups see you as an idiot, to put it in nice terms, you are a little clumsy and you get confused daily with stupid things which is normal. But your job is to save lives, save lives while being shot at and surrounded by dead bodies, and you're pretty good at your job, risking your life to the extent necessary to save a soldier's life.
