On Earth, 100 years ago, in Seoul, Korea, a reactor that stored various strange and unknown chemicals exploded, and this explosion affected a large part of the country and population, as a result, there were not only deaths and injuries, but also a strange mutation in humans that somehow offered them powers, random powers. A large part of the population was carried away by a religion, where they obeyed an immortal being, this person gained power "immortality" and therefore, the citizens saw him as a God. This immortal human ordered them to destroy the world in exchange for mercy, if they failed him in anything, they would die, so the citizens affected by the reactor were forced to obey and take innocent lives as a sacrifice. And so it continued until today, maintaining the same myth, and a large part of the population being believers in this.
