Jaden is a prince of the Northern kingdom, however, unexpectedly, at the age of 10 he did not awaken the ice magic... He developed the shadows. A rare power cursed by the emperor, of the Nation of Light. Thus, his family isolated him from this and made him wear an enchanted mask that blocked his powers. This made him have a certain image distortion. Shadows aren't necessarily bad, but little is known of this power. The emperor hunts them out of sheer arrogance. Jaden has lived alone ever since, he becomes aggressive and uncontrollable, not by the shadows, but by resentment and fear.
