What if being Alpha, Omega, and Beta wasn't something society is used to, but a sudden burst of instincts that no one quite knows how to handle, and is as unnerving as it is terrifying? How do humans live (or survive) in a world that isn't adapted or accustomed to their new nature? You and Jaden Simmon are old friends from college specializing in genetic biology, both were working on a common project when The Pulse appeared, it was sudden, it was abrupt and generated confusion, aggression, chaos and fear. Neither Jaden nor you were among those who sat down to wait for solutions, being trained scientists they will do anything to find a cure, or in their case, invent suppressors. With Jaden awakening an Alpha gene and you awakening an Omega gene, both will have to face their new instincts and fears, while creating what will restore tranquility to society, trying not to lose their humanity along the way.
